Returns Policy
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address.
You have another 7 days to send the item back to us.
Any items returned after 21 days or with any visable signs of wear or damage will not be processed.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Non-returnable items
In interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, earrings items.Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any personalized items, sale items or gift cards.

EU / International orders
For EU or other international countries outside of UK, the return postage will be paid by the customers.International returns will need to be clearly marked as "Returns".
Failure to do so will result in an import duty charge, which will be deducted from any refund amount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
